The brushed 18/10 stainless-steel exterior combats corrosion, while the heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution for searing or frying tasks. To prevent food from sticking, the pan provides a nonstick, DuPont Teflon cooking surface. The chef transports the pan to and fro with a hollow, stainless-steel handle, which is double riveted for extra security. A hanging hole is installed at the handle's end.
