The fry pan's tri-layer design of stainless steel and aluminum reflects the Scottish-born chef's tenacity and determination. Not only does this construction combat dents and corrosion, but it rises to every occasion, fostering greater efficiency and performance.
The fry pan features a three-layer construction. For a durable, yet attractive veneer, the pan's exterior is crafted in brushed 18/10 stainless steel. Beneath the exterior, a heavy-gauge aluminum core enables accelerated heat conduction and distribution for searing or frying. An 18/10 stainless-steel interior, the final layer, provides a nonporous cooking surface that cleans easily. The chef transports the pan to and fro with a double-riveted, hollow handle in stainless steel. Ramsay provides a convenient hanging hole in the handle's tip. Dishwasher-safe, the pan also accommodates oven use, safely sustaining temperatures up to 500 degrees F.
